FOSTER CITY — Robert H. Grant Corporation will unveil Bayporte, their new $8.2 million waterfront luxury home development during a three-week preview beginning today.
According to Gary O. Brocks, president of Robert H. Grant Corporation, Northern California. Bayporte homes will be among the largest and most luxurious three and four bedroom homes to be built in Foster City.
“In addition to their waterfront orientation,” Brocks said, “our homes will feature nearly every amenity imaginable as standard features. Among others, our homes come with wet bars, automatic garage door openers and trash compactors.”
R. Stephen McPhetridge, director of Sales and Marketing for all Grant developments in Northern California, added that Bayporte is “far more than just a luxury home development. Our goal — which we believe Bayporte achieves — is to create a new, contemporary adult community tailored specifically to complement and enhance the unique lifestyle of Northern Californians.”
Bayporte homes will be priced from $66,000 to $76,000 depending upon location and house plan during this special three week preview period. On or before the Grand Opening of April 20, prices will be increased by at least $1.500 per unit.
The Bayporte reception center and sales office is located at 989 De Soto Lane: Foster City, 94404 and the telephone number is 349-2000. After March 31, their office will be open everyday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
