Foster City Congressional Hearing on Government Operations, September 12-13 1975
A professor from Ohio State has asked for help to find anyone who was around for the 1975 Congressional Hearing. This was a hearing on how the US Corps of Engineers and US Fish and Wildlife operated with the newly formed City of Foster City back in the early 1970’s.
