The Foster City Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit corporation. Gifts of any amount are welcome, and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.

• Support us through the E-scrip Online Mall.
  No cards to carry, no clubs to join. Just shop online as you usually do!  Click the “online mall” icon above (or the icon on our homepage) to be taken to the E-scrip online mall homepage.  Click the button that says “Foster City Historical Society,” then click “Shop Now.”  The online mall contains hundreds of online merchants, including E-Bay, Target, Walmart and FTD.com.  With every purchase made through the online mall, the merchants will donate a portion of the sale to the Foster City Historical Society. 

• Support us through the E-Scrip Program.
  Please visit www.eScrip.com to register your support for us today. The eScrip website is easy to navigate and has extensive information to help you understand the eScrip program. Please go to the orange-colored “parents/children” section and click on “sign up” to register your cards. The Foster City Historical Society’s group ID number is 500022162. On the website you can access and download the complete list of participating merchants, and also find answers to any other questions you might have about this program. If you have friends and family who would also like to register, but don’t have Internet access, you can either download and print a registration form for them, or contact us.

• Make a Purchase From Our Online Store.
  Unique Foster City themed gifts, not available elsewhere.  100% of the proceeds go directly to the Foster City Historical Society.

• Donate to our Periodic Tech Drives.
  Sponsored by e-scrip recycling, we accept empty ink and toner cartridges, old GPS units, MP3 players, digital cameras and laptops.  Stay tuned to our “News and Events” page for future tech recycle drives.  We regret that we cannot accept TVs, desktops, wall phones or large e-waste.  For more information, click here.

• Attend a Restaurant Fundraiser Night.
  Enjoy lunch with co-workers or dinner with the family and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Historical Society.  Stay tuned to our “News and Events” page for future restaurant fundraiser dates. 

• Become a Corporate Sponsor (Businesses only) or Individual Supporter.
  There are two levels of corporate sponsorship–Gold and Silver.  Gold sponsors are those businesses who donate from $500-$1,000 to the Foster City Historical Society; Silver Sponsors donate from $250 to $500 or offer in-kind services or merchandise valued at the same amount.  Corporate sponsors will have their name listed on the front page of the website as well as a link to the business’s homepage.  If your corporation wishes to make a gift of greater than $1,000, please contact us.  Click here to download the corporate donation form.

Individuals who wish to support the historical society without having to join may make a contribution at the following levels:

Archivist	$50 – $199
History buff	$200 – $249
Silver Supporter	$250 – $499
Gold Supporter	$500 – $999
Historian	$1,000 and up

Individual supporters who contribute will have their names listed on the website.  If you do not with your name to appear, please let us know and you will be listed as “Anonymous.”
